Managing Pending order Inquiries

We recently released Manage Inquiries sub-tab, a new feature to help you manage Pending order inquiries. Here's how you can use it:

1. Click on the Orders tab, then the Manage Inquiries sub-tab.
2. Review the list of Pending inquiries.
3. Review your own reporting to decide whether or not the inquiry is already associated with a valid order.
4. Click on the Actions drop-down and take action on the inquiry.

Be sure to verify and take action on pending order inquiries within five business days.

Interface updates

This month we made some important interface updates:

Links tab updates

• We've consolidated the Creative tab as a sub-tab under the Links tab. The Creative sub-tab will remain an internal-facing library of creatives, images, and banners.

Curating links

• You'll soon notice that your links may be tagged as Staff Pick, GAN exclusive, or Affiliate exclusive. As we build out this capability, we will seek out your input to correctly categorize links and content for our publishers.

Publishers

• When you click the Publishers tab, the default view is now Recommendations for recruitment. You can read more about this exciting feature on our blog.
• We now support bulk actions for declines and approvals in the Pending queue. Instead of taking actions one by one, you can now take actions for a group of publishers at once.
• The Browse existing sub-tab helps you review publishers that have applied to your program as well as recruiting opportunities.
