This afternoon Governor Jerry Brown signed AB 155 which repeals affiliate nexus legislation through September 15, 2012. Amazon and many other out-of-state retailers who severed affiliate relationships with California residents when the original bill passed this summer plan to reinstate. If you wish to reinstate your deactivated relationships with California residents you may do so via the platform. Visit the Publishers tab, select "deactivated" in the Relationship Status dropdown box and then select "California" in the Location dropdown. You will then see a 'reactivate' button for each of your deactivated relationships.
