Visibility settings lets you screen non-joined publishers based on the location they've supplied in their AdSense profile. You can configure visibility settings based on country, as well as by US state. By default, all countries and US states are selected. If you don't want your affiliate program to be visible to publishers in specific countries or US States, just de-select those countries or states.
